Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rep Log, including our web app at rep-log.com and our iOS application. By creating an account and using Rep Log, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Rep Log is

Rep Log is a personal fitness and nutrition tracking tool. It helps you log workouts, track nutrition, and monitor progress over time. Some features use AI (Google Gemini) to analyse meals or generate workout suggestions.

Rep Log is not a medical service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated suggestions are informational only and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new fitness or nutrition programme, especially if you have any health conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness.

You use Rep Log at your own risk. You are responsible for your own training decisions and for verifying any nutrition or workout information against trusted sources.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 16 may require parental consent in some jurisdictions.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may sign in via email/password, Google, or Apple. If you use "Sign in with Apple" and revoke access in iOS Settings, you will be signed out of Rep Log on all devices.

3. Your data

• You own your fitness and nutrition data. We store it securely on your behalf.
• You can export your data at any time using the Export feature in the app.
• You can delete your data at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Submit prompt-injection content, malicious payloads, or attempts to manipulate the AI features for purposes other than legitimate fitness/nutrition use.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm yourself or others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

5. iOS app & App Store

The iOS version of Rep Log is distributed through the Apple App Store. The following apply specifically to iOS users:

• Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms govern except where Apple's EULA is required to apply: Apple Standard EULA
• Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the iOS app or any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the iOS app.
• You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the iOS app (for example, your wireless data agreement).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app, and may enforce them against you.
• If the iOS app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Rep Log offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier (Rep Log Pro). The following applies to paid subscriptions:

• Billing — all subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We do not see or store your payment details.
• Available subscriptions —
  • Rep Log Pro Monthly: $9.99 USD per month (or local equivalent set by Apple)
  • Rep Log Pro Yearly: $49.99 USD per year (or local equivalent set by Apple)
• Free trial — new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• No cancellation mid-period — once a subscription period has begun, no cancellation of that current period is permitted. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Managing your subscription — you can view, manage, or cancel your subscriptions at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Turning off auto-renewal prevents future charges; your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Pricing — current prices are listed above and in the app. Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.
• Refunds — refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.
• Israeli consumers — under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן), Israeli consumers have a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel a subscription after first purchase. This right is in addition to Apple's refund process. Contact support@rep-log.com to exercise this right. Refunds may be reduced by up to 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) per Israeli law. Special protections apply for persons with disabilities, new immigrants, and senior citizens: the cooling-off window extends to 4 months for these groups.
• EU consumers — under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. By starting your free trial or accessing Pro features, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that this consent waives your 14-day withdrawal right under EU law. You may still cancel future renewals at any time. Contact support@rep-log.com if you have questions about your withdrawal rights.

7. AI features & accuracy

Some Rep Log features use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyse meals, generate workout suggestions, or provide nutrition insights. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before relying on it. Rep Log does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Rep Log available and working well, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or need to take the service offline for technical reasons. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

9. Disclaimers & liability

• Rep Log is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not responsible for any injury, illness, health outcomes, or other consequences resulting from fitness or nutrition decisions made based on data or suggestions in the app.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Rep Log is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Rep Log will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel — except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (including, for EU users, rights under the GDPR; for California users, rights under the CCPA/CPRA; and for Israeli users, rights under the Privacy Protection Law and Consumer Protection Law).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Rep Log after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
